Call for contributions
The last date for contributions has passed and authors have received letters of acceptance or non-acceptance. The accepted abstracts will be available here soon and will be printed in the conference proceedings volume before the meeting. A book following the conference is also planned, containing extended and possibly revised versions of the best contributions (plus a set of other papers).
Rules for presenters
Oral presentations are limited to 25 minutes including time for questions and discussion. This time limit will be strictly kept in order to make it possible for listeners to switch between lecture tracks without problems. Computers will be available for Powerpoint presentations; you are not allowed to use your own computer for this purpose. The presentation files should be brought on a memory stick or a CD-ROM and made available to the organisers well before the oral session.

Posters will be displayed during the whole of Saturday, September 3. They should be put up between 8.00 and 9.00. The maximum size for posters is 1500 mm (height) x 880 mm (breadth). At the beginning of the dedicated poster session (15.15–18.00 on that day), each author will be given the opportunity to give a brief oral presentation (1–2 minutes) of the poster for the whole audience. One or two pictures may be displayed during this presentation. If you want to show pictures, please send them to info@sffp.se at least one week before the conference start.
